When we move our thumb over the upper palate and reach near uvula and perform valzalai (with the help of raw eclipta alba juice or ghee infused eclipta alba juice)  the orifices of the Eustachian tubes with the fossa of Rosenmiiller releases fluid but may not naso pharynx (eyes, face and tongue nerves pass through it and there is no orifice in it) releass fluids and it is called by us as pitha and kabha fluid but it might help us to prevent Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, ear infection, sinusitis,tonsilitis etc.,
