Vasi-Kevala Khumbaka
Folks, Do any one would like to share your experience on reduction in no of breaths from 15 to 1 per minute by doing meditation or vasi yoga , 21,600 steps reference in the vadalore temple should a significant clue to divine light body I believe exhaled retention internal breathing (Kevala Khumbaka) is a key to convert physical cells to non physical cells thats could be the reason it is kept to explore intuitively and it can be used to control 5 tattwas (air,water,ether,fire and earth) on flow of breath in each nostril,  experts, please shed some lights on it.

you are right its crucial to reduce n finaly stop the nostril breathing ,but to do practicaly is difficult task ,peoples talk about it but those who r teaching vasi yoga r not showing the absense of nostril breathing.its said that when we keep awareness at chitsabha our breath will reduce gradualy n lead in to state of keval kumbhaka.if u know such person who achieved state of keval kumbhaka in our sanmarga world please let me know it, i too will try to learn from him
