ON 14.7.2008, the article in English "Theosophist Sep, 1886" was published.

After its publication, the man who sent it was thanked.

He again sent some scanned pages and now, it is published.

Even though the contents of the scanned pages were already translated and in distributed in Book form, the true version in English gives a spirit - that we were in

1886.

The friend who has sent the article is Mr. Luke Sheridan Williams. He is a resident of Sydney, Australia. When he visitied the Theosophical Society there, he got these

pages scanned them and sent it.
