Our Vallalar in his Jeevakarunya olukam telling about helping others thru
1) High level Jeevakarunya (Para Jeevekarunyam)
2) Low level Jeevekarunya (Apara Jeevekarunyam)
And he highly prefered us the High level Jeevakarunyam !
And while explaining that, he never used word called Beggers
He only used the word called Poor !
So Being in his path pls use the word Poor !
Becoz they have equal rights as like every one !
Calling them in other word looks not fair

depression, bipolar and scientists are saying that fish
and fish oil will heal the child's brain so they will not
have lifelong illness, what to do? They need the essential
fatty acids from fish and omega 6? What else can heal
the brain? Any special siddha herbal formulas?
Kara
that for one's food it is not at all RIGHT to kill.
So, there is no doubt whatever be the case (here DISEASE)
KILLING in any form MUST be STRICTLY PROHIBITED
as per Jeeva Karunya laws.
Brain related herbals mentioned by vallalar are
THUTHUVALAI - VALLARAI e.t.c
And also KARISALAN KANI can cure lot of disease.
It is opt for curing all kind of diseases
I would just like to share that i have found immense peace ever since i started reading Vallalar's teachings. Ever since i became a vegetarian about 2 1/2 years ago i feel very calm and good. however, everytime i close my eyes and chant Arut Perun jothi i begin to cry, sometimes uncontrollably.
If anyone can explain this to me and guide me further i will be thankful.
Vaalga Valamudan.
There should be a guide in the mainpage of the website, to explain the the follower's of how to start and do the meditation. To me I know Saadhu His Holiness Mr.Sivaram, who teaches the pure meditation for the peoples who are attending the speach he delivers from 6pm to 7.30pm on every sunday. Landmark-- from Cuddalore to villupuram route, get down at 'Vaalapattu' stopping, ask for post office, its his house. They will guide you to Meditation place. No money, No commision, No hidden borrow. Its a place for to get the pure way to meditate without money.
First of all, Thanks and congrats for becoming VEGETARIAN.
This is MUST for all sanmarga practioners.
And your experience while chanting mantra and after becoming vegetarian is natural.
You started tasting the BLISS of Sanmargam.
That is fine and great.
You shall proceed reading JEEVA KARUNYA OLUKAM book of our Guru Vallalar.
Then you shall start reading THIRU ARUTPA SIXTH THIRUMURAI songs of our Guru.
I prefer reading GNANA SARIYAI.
It shows peak requirements of Sanmargam and Sanmargi.
Kindly read and understand these parts.
All of our wishes are there for you to proceed in our Sanmarga path.
With Compassion,
senthils

yes. you told corrcetly.
we should not register negative thoughts in our mind during morning.
Because morning our mind is in peaceful state. It will ready to accept what ever we are giving to our mind.
One more Information , Morning Time is meant for praying. we have separate time to eat,to work , to play and to sleep.
Like that we have special time to pray. Every Morning time is only for praying.
we can pray all the day if possible..
Vallalar advised us in Perubhadesam, try to be there in (Para Loga Vicharam) during morning time, if we practice like this, arutperunjothi andavar will come and tell the truth.
Ways: we can read arutpa songs, listen arutpa songs without music and pray andavar also.
This will give Postive thoughts to us.
Kalaiyilay endra-nakay Kidaitha Perum Porulay - our vallalar
so we utilize our morning time to vallalar.
