2011 Pongal and Thai Poosam Festival celebration at Vembirai, Chavakacheri, Sri Lanka.

It has been decided to celebrate Thai Poosam and Yearly Pongal Festival at Vembirai from 15.1.2011 to 21.1.2011 at Vembirai, Chavakacheri, (Jaffna area), Sri Lanka.

Those who wants to take part in the Thai Poosam Festival as well as Yearly Pongal Festival are requested to send their copy of Passport to Sri Lanka Sathiya Gnana Kottam, Vembirai, before the end of November, 2010 (i.e. 30.11.2010) so as to take preliminary steps to take the No Objection Certificate from the Ministry of Defence, Sri Lanka. Those who missed the chance at the inaugural function may also send the passport xerox copy to Vembirai, Sathiya Gnana Kottam, before 30.11.2011.
