Vadugapatti Sanmarga Association-Andipatti Taluk-Theni District.

First year anniversary conducted from 31.5.2010 to 4.6.2010

In Theni District, one Sanmarga Association is functioning at Vadugapatti, Andipatti Taluk.

By the sincere and earnest steps taken by the Office bearers of the above Association

and by getting the assistance from various Sanmarga Associations as well as public, during the last year, 2009,

the Office bearers constructed Sathiya Gnana Sabai at the above village. This year (2010), they conducted

the first anniversary from 31.5.2010 to 4.6.2010. As mentioned in the invitation, the Association conducted

Thiru Arutpa complete reading (திரு அருட்பா முற்றோதல்) from 31.5.2010 to 3.6.2010.

On 4.6.2010, the Association invited various Senior Sanmarga Members from various Districts of the State. As per the programme, chanting of Arutperunjothi Agaval was conductede in the morning.

Then the Sanmarga Flag was hoisted.

The commendator Thiru Siva Anbanandam from Madurai invited all the devotees

as well as common public for the function. He delivered speech on the principles of Vallalar.

Thiru Sankaranarayanan, Silamarathupatti, Thiru Ganesan, Thiru Subbiah, Thiru Baskaran, Manavalakkalai, Periakulam,

Tmt. Muthumeenakshi, Dhava Maiyam, Periakulam spoke about the principles preached by Vallal Peruman.

The Managing Trustee, Vallalar Org Foundation, Narayanapuram, Madurai praised the efforts taken by the

Office bearers of this Association (1) for purchase of a land (2) by getting the help from the villagers and from

Associations / business men and constructing a pucca Sathiya Gnana Sabai.very close to the Vadugapatti

habitation (3) conducting the anniversary and spreading the principles of Thiru Arutprakasa Vallalar. He

requested them to get the explanatory note (Books) written by Swami Saravanananda of Dindigul for the

Thiru Arutpa poems for the information of all the common public as well as Sanmargis.

The meeting came to an end at about 2.10 p.m. Poor Feeding was done and the nearby villagers in large

number took part in the above function.

This Association is doing poor feeding by collecting money from

their members. The Office bearers of this Association viz., (1) Mr. Kannan, President, (2) Mr. Somanatha

Pillai Vice President (aged 74), (3) Mr. Vasumani, Treasurer (4) Mr. Sandhana vel, Secretary (5) Mr. Veerabadran,

(6) Mr.Chinnathambi, (7) Mr. Sethuraman, (8) Mr.Palanisamy, (9) Mr. Murugesan and others are doing wonderful

work in bringing this Association to this extent.within a short spell of one year.
