Inauguration of Sathiya Dharmasalai at Sivaganga.

Venue : (Madurai Road Junction) Mouna Siddhar Arul Peedam, Sivaganga.

Thiru Vijayakumar (Saadhu) and Thiru Kalidas are doing Sanmargam related works such as feeding the poor, destitutes regularly and prayers at Sivaganga.

Hitherto, they were doing these works near the bus stand, Sivaganga within the campus of Sri Perianayagi Amman Koil Nandavanam. This was granted by Sivaganga Devasthanam Samasthanam Sivaganga Rani D.S.K. Mathurandhagi Nachiar. They were doing this items of work for the past 3 years with the help of the public of Sivaganga.

Since this Nandavanam is required by the Sivaganga Devasthanam Samasthanam for their use, Thiru Vijayakumar and Thiru Kalidas identified a place near the Madurai Road Junction within the Sivaganga town area.

It was once the temple of Mouna Siddhar Arul Peedam. For a pretty long time, it was not maintained and the compound walls are in a ruined condition. These 2 sanmargis approached the owners of this Mouna Siddhar Arul Peedam and got permission and conducted inaugural function on 10.7.2009 (Friday).

7.00 a.m. Arutperunjothi Agaval chanting by all Sanmarga members was done.

By about 9.30 Poor feeding was carried out.

By about 11.00 Sanmarga Flag was hoisted by Thiru Pitchai Ayya (aged 68 years) who is running a Sanmarga Sangam 2 kms from Sivaganga in a village named Muthupatti.

Thiru Kalidas, Thiru Madurapandian, the Managing Trustee, Vallalar Org Foundation, The Secretary of Sanmarga Sangam, Melur (Madurai Taluk), and all others from the nearby habitation attended the sangmarga flag hoisting ceremony.

Nearly 500 devotees and public attended the function.

All were felt very happy about the opening of this Mouna Siddhar Arul Peedam for being utilising as Dharmasalai meant for poor feeding as preached by Thiru Arutprakasa Vallalar.
