Russian Monk with his party visited Vadalur on 29.1.2009
and 30.1.2009.
There is a Monestery functioning at St.Petersburg, Russia. They have a website
advayta.com and their activities are available in that site.
2 years back some of the members from the above Monestery visited Vadalur. They are
attracted by the principles of Vallalar and they are spreading the principles of Vallalar
at St. Petersburg, Moscow and other places.
Recently, a party consisting 4 members viz., Monk Ayshvarya Nandana and 3 others
from the above Monestery visited Vadalur on 29.1.2009 and 30.1.2009.
The names of the Monk and the party are furnished below

They attended the Jothi Dharshan (Grace Light) at the Temple of Wisdom
Gnana Sabai on 29.1.2009 at about 11.50 a.m.
Afterwards, they proceeded to the place of interest viz., Dharmasalai, Vadalur
Mettukuppam etc.,
Thiru Thirugnana Sambandam, M.A., gave details about the principles
of Thiru Arutprakasa Vallalar on the night of 29.1.2009.
With the various musical instruments brought by them, they offered prayer and
chanting was done on the night of 29.1.2009 at Ramnad Sanmarga Building (VUMT), Vadalur.
The Managing Trustee, VallalarOrg Foundation, Madurai met them at
Vadalur on 29.1.2009.on the night at about 10.10 p.m.
The Monk Ayshvarya Nandana and his party heard all the details about the
Life history of Thiru Arutprakasa Vallalar and the principles taught by him.
Becoming Vegetarianism , 4 Disciplines were explained to them in detail.
They were very much pleased to hear the principles of Vallalar.
In the monestery, they are practicing Yoga, Dhyanam, Judo martial
arts etc.,
They also showed the Ramayana Drama stills conducted by them
at the Monestery. St.Petersburg.Russia.
From the discussion it was understood that they are more
attracted by the principles of Thathathreya.
They said that - from 14.1.2009 they are touring in India and visited the

1. Sathya Sai Baba Ashramam, Puttaparthi
2. Ramana Ashram, Thiruvannamalai
3. Aurobindo Ashram & Auro ville, Pondicherry
4. Vadalur on 29.1.2009.
They have further stated that the principles and the teachings of Vallalar
have been printed and distributed to the various cities at Russia and it is
widely spread among the people there.
Knowing the full details about the principles of Vallalar, they said
hhey have planned to further intensify the distribution of books and pamphlets
among the public all over Russia and spread the principles.
A book written by Thiru Vanmikanathan Trod to Saint Ramalingam
And another book on the heading - Saint Ramalingam written by Swami
Saravanaananda of Dindigul with the Arutperunjothi Agaval (Bold letters
printed with the manuscript Of Vallal Peruman printed one side) and 5
stickers containing the Mana mantra were distributed to them freely.
The importance of the Arutperunjothi Agaval which contains 1,596 lines..
that too written by Vallalar on one night with "kadukkai Ink".was explained
to them. They received them and thanked for the courtesy and facilities
extended to them besides the details given to them about the principles of Vallalar.
After that they said that they will conduct yearly function at the Monestry
in their country.. They invited the Managing Trustee, Vallalar Org Foundation,
Madurai, A.Ramanujam and Thiru Thirugnana Sambandham, Mettukuppam
for attending the proposed meeting at Russia.
Another surprising item that appeared in the www.vallalarspace.com website
is that they published a news about putting an image of Vallalar 8 metres
(nearly 25 feet and above) at their monestry. An image of has also been posted
by them. It can be seen by one and all in the website.
