Book Fair at Chennai.
The Book fair conducted at Chennai. St. George Anglo Indian School ground,
(opp.to Pachayappa's College) Poonamallee High Road, Chennai from
8.1.2009 came to an end today (i.e.) 18.1.2009.
The idea for putting for a Book stall for selling the works (books ,
Thiru Arutpa audio C.Ds.etc.,) of Thiru Arutprakasa Vallalar
and the principles of Dhayavu of Swami Saravanaananda of Dindigul ;was
initiated by Thiru Kaliyuga varadhan, Secretary, Sanmarga Sangam,
Tuticorin and his co Office bearer Th. Ganesan of Tuticorin.
By contacting the concerned persons of the PAPASI, they got permission for
putting up of a stall for the above work after remitting the required amount.
They informed it to Th. Muralidharan Arul trust Managing trustee,Madurai, and
Th A. Ramanujam, Managing Trustee, ValllarOrg foundation, Madurai.
Thiru Muralidharan, got the Dhayavu principles Books from Dindigul,
then came to Vadalur Deiva Nilayangal on 7.1.2009 and requested them
about putting up a separate Book stall for selling the books of Vallalar at the
Book Fair, Chennai for 11 days from 8.1.2009.
They gave the books published by Thiru Arutprakasa Vallalar Deiva Nilayam,
Vadalur to him. With the help of Thiru Sethuraman, Senior Sanmargi of
Mettukuppam both Thiru Muralidharan
and Sethuraman, (senior sanmarga anbar) of Mettukuppam moved the books
in advance and taken steps to put up the stall and other ;infra structure facilities etc.,
Thiru Kosalairaman, Sanmarga anbar ;Poonamallee High Road, Chennai
assisted them from 13.1.2009 for installing the Book stall.
Thiru Balakrishnan, of Villivakkam attended the Book Stall
regularly from 8.1.2009 to 18.1.2009.
He is working as a staff in the ICF, Chennai. He rendered an appreciable
service by issuing the Bills for the books purchased by the
public/Sanmargis/Associations and collected the money.
The Book Fair was inaugurated on the evening of 8.1.2009.
Thiru Muralidharan Thiru Sethuraman,
and Th. Kosalaraman attended the Book fair from 8.11.2009.
Thiru T.R.Jawaharlal, President of Sanmarga Associations of Madurai District
on hearing this news, moved to Chennai and was there in the Book
stall from 13.1.2009.to 18.1.2009.
Thiru A.Ramanujam, Managing Trustee, Vallalar Org Foundation moved to Chennai
on 14.1.2009 and engaged himself in the Book Stall from 15.1.2009 to 18.1.2009.
On request, Thiru Jeganathan and 2 other sanmargis from Padianallur Sanmarga Sangam,
Thiruvallur Dist. attended the Book Stall and assisted Th.Muralidharan and party.
One Th. Nagarajan of Pammal near Chennai studying (C.A) came to the Book stall
voluntarily and assisted the staff for nearly 8 days.The following Senior Sanmarga
Anbargal visited the book stall.

The foreign nationals from Ceylon, Malaysia and France also visited
the Book stall and purchased Books.of Vallalar and Swami Saravanaananda of Dindigul.
Knowing about the putting up of a separate stall for spreading the principles
of Vallalar, some of the School authorities also attended the Book stall.
After going through all the items put up in the stall, they purchased many Books for
distributing them as prize to the students.
The sanmarga Association Members from various parts of Tamil Nadu particularly
from Ponneri, Padia nallur, Tambaram, Thiruppur, Coimbatore and other places
purchased the Thiru Arutpa and other Books / Audio C.Ds. for placing them in the
Associations for the benefit of the members and others.
Thiru Yukesh Kumar, Founder, Sanmarga Association at Pazhaverkadu
and School Madhanandhapuram, Porur, Chennai.116 visited the Book stall on
16.1.2009. He also deputed his students to visit the Book stall and got many
books and audio C.Ds.for educating them in the way of Suddha Sanmargam.
Nearly 700 persons visited the Book stall.
Out of them nearly 600 persons purchased the Books, - Thiru Arutpa
Deiva Amutham Project audio C.Ds. and the Speech of Th.Kuppusamy of Salem.
Thiru Arutpa 6 Thirumurais got from the Deiva Nilayangal, Vadalur were completely sold out.
All the persons who visited the stall enquired - after the closure of this Book Fair
(i.e.on 18.1.09 ) where the Suddha Sanmarga Books of Vallal Peruman will be
available at Chennai.
Thiru Sathish Kumar, VallalarSpace Team Member, Chennai
brought the Lap top and kept it at the Book Stall.
Through that Lap top, Thiru Arutpa Isai Amutham Project C.D sung
Thiru Arutpa Songs. It was a nice show. All the participants looked at the
Singing of Thiru Arutpa Songs through the Laptop.
Initially, there was no significant sales of the books upto 14.1.2009,
But from 15.1.2009, ;the sale of Books, audio C.Ds., Photos, small pamphlets, etc.,
was on the higher side.
The local TV channel interviewed Sr.Sanmargis Th. T.R.Jawaharlal
and Th. Subburaman of Mettukuppam for telecasting it in the AMM TV
Channel.
Here at Chennai, regularly the Book fair is conducted for the past 32 years.
But, this is the first time in the Sanmarga History that an exclusive book stall for
Spreading the principles of Suddha Sanmargam, selling the
Thiru Arutpa Books and the principles of Dhayavu and audio
C.Ds.was put up at Chennai.
In view of the ensuing Thai Poosam festival which falls on 8.2.2009,
all those who attended the Book stall were invited to come over to Vadalur,
for Jothi Dharshan and get the grace of Arutperunjothi Andavar and to
lead the walk of life by following the principles of Suddha Sanmargam.
The dedicated service rendered by the following persons
