அணையா அடுப்பை அணைக்கப் பார்க்கிறார்களா ?
இது சன்மார்க்க அன்பர்கள் பலருக்கும் கவலைத்தரும் ஒரு செயலாகும்.
அந்த அடுப்பு பல கால் அணையாமல் ஏழைகளின் பசி நெருப்பை அணைக்க அல்லவோ வள்ளல் விரும்பினார். இப்படி புதுமை மற்றும் சில காரணங்களால் அதை அணைக்க பார்ப்பது எமக்கு மிகவும் வேதனை அளிக்கிறது.
பலருக்கு உணவளிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தோடு செய்ய விரும்பினால் அதை தனியாக அருகில் வேறு இடத்தில் ஸ்டீமர் வைத்து செய்யலாம். அணையா அடுப்பின் மூலம் செய்யும் அண்ணா தர்மம் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெறட்டும். அதற்கு அணையா அடுப்பை அணைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற வார்த்தையே வேண்டாம்.
அந்த பழைய முறை யாராலும் எதனாலும் பதிக்காமல் இருக்க அருட்பெருஞ்ஜோதி ஆண்டவர் அருள் புரிய வேண்டும்.

I am also came to know that "ஸ்டீமர் மூலம் உணவு தயாரிக்கும் பணி" - Information is true.
But I don't know detail information...

தர்மசாலையில் உணவு தயாரிப்பதற்கு ஸ்டீமர் முறையைப் பயன் படுத்தலாம். ஆனால் வள்ளலார் ஏற்றி வைத்த ஜோதியை மின் விளக்காக மாற்றக் கூடாது.

i feel the steamer cooking method should be welcomed. its cleaner and friendlier to the environment. vallar will be happy with this as we dont have to fall so many trees now. during vallalars time this was the only method available. so we shoould move forward.
the aniya addupu should however remain. please refer to our posting and see what miracles are happening at this sacred place.

Replies have been received from (1) Sridharan Malaysia (2) Buvaneshwari Muthukrishnan / Sittarasu Annamalai, Malaysia stating that only after getting the concurrence from the Thiru
Arutprakasa Vallalar Deiva Nilayangal and the concerned Head
of the Department, viz., Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Chennai a decision was taken to provide the
steamers .. that too .. in addition to the .. Anaiya Aduppu now
available.
This is just to speed up the preparation of the food at the time heavy arrival of devotees at the Dharmasalai. They also stated that the Senior Sanmargi Thiru Mu.Balasubramanian, of Chennai was also contacted in this regard, got his idea and other sources at Vadalur for changing the cooking method to steamer in addition
to the Anaiyaa Aduppu.
In this way, the Anaiyaa Aduppu is continued to cook the food for the downtrodden.. In addition to that, the steamer method is also going to be introduced for preparing the food etc.,just to speed up the cooking and supply it in a quick manner.
So the idea is welcomed.
By this time .. if the Steamer is provided at the Dharmasalai, the Sanmarga World is very much thankful to the man .. or Sangam who supplied it to Dharmasalai in the interest of all.

கடைசி மாத மாதப் பூசத்திற்கு நான் வடலூர் சென்று இருந்தேன்.
அங்கு நீராவி முறையில் உணவு தயாரிப்பதை தொடங்கி விட்டதை கண்டேன். மேலும் வள்ளலாரின் அணையா அடுப்பிலும் உணவு தயாரித்துக் கொண்டு இருப்பதையும் கண்டேன். அந்த அடுப்பு தற்போதும் அணையாமல் இருக்கும் வகையிலும் உள்ளதைக் கண்டேன்.

வள்ளலார் ஏற்றிய அடுப்பு என்பது கொள்கை, அது மட்டுமல்லாது வறுமையின் நிலையை உணர்த்துவதற்காகவும்தான அதை உருவாக்கினார். இந்த தீபம் என்று அணைகிறதோ அன்று இவ்வுலகில் அனைவரும் பசியின்றி மகிழ்வுடன் இருப்பதாகப் பொருள். நாம் அனைவரும் அன்னதானம் பண்ணிக்கொண்டேயிருப்பதால் புண்ணியம் இல்லை தானம் பெறு்கின்ற மக்களின் எண்ணிக்கை குறையவேண்டும். அதுதான் அந்த விளக்கின் நோக்கம். பார்க்கின்ற வசதியான மக்களுக்கு நாமும் இந்த எண்ணிக்கை குறைய நம்மால் இயன்ற பங்கினை சமுதாயத்திற்கு அளிப்போம் என்ற எண்ணம் கொள்வர். வள்ளலார் அவர்களுடையத் தொண்டு அனைத்து தரப்பினரையும் சென்றடைய தமிழ் மொழியில் மட்டுமே அறியும் வகையில் திருவருட்பாவை இயற்றினார. பிற மொழியில் தொகுத்து இருக்கலாம். அவர் நெறி உலகத்தவர் அனைவருக்கும் பொதுவானதுதான் ஆனாலும் அவர் பாடுபட்டது இங்குள்ள நம் தமிழ் மக்களுக்காகத்தான். ஆனால் அவரை வடமொழியில் அர்ச்சனை செய்து அவரின் நோக்கத்தை, தமிழ் தொண்டை இழிவுப்படுத்துகிறார்களே அவர்கள் செய்யும் செயலாகத்தான் இதுவும் இருக்கும் என்பதில் ஐயமில்லை.

TO All Devotees
The traditional " anaya aduppu " should not be changed. For easy and quick preparation of food for devoties, no harm to provide steamer in the kitchen.
whereas , the said kitchen should be construct separately . it must be away from the " anaya aduppu ". We should NOT give wrong direction to the next generation.
If we do so, the next generation would lit the " ARUT PRAKASA JOTHI " (DHEEPAM ) with electric spark light for JOTHI DHARSANAM.
