What is Vallalar Universal Mission Trust?

The Vallalar Universal Mission Trust is formed based on Vallalar Principles. "Jeeva Karunya is the way of worshipping God" as dictated by Vallalar. Under various project initiatives, Jeeva Karunya Project is all about our Orphanage Homes. The Vallalar Universal Mission Trust has six different Orphanage Homes focusing on feeding food to hungers, food-shelter-education to abandoned children, elder care homes. Our first Jeeva Karunya Project started in Aug/1991.

How do we raise money?

By the grace of Vallalar, the Vallalar Universal Mission Trust depends on genorous vallalar devotees, philanthropic public and organisations. Most of the donations that we get is from individual donors. We get sometime cash or groceries or cloth from general public for day to day needs. The old aged people who are living in our homes would donate their pension money after taking to their personal expenses which includes the founder of Vallalar Universal Mission Trust. Birthday or any other occasions the interesed people will come and donate for food for that day.

How the money that I send is utilized?

We are committed to Vallalar and Jeeva Karunaya Discipline. Whatever the money that we get for Orphanage Homes will be used only for that purpose. To be clear, nearly 90% of the money will be used for Orphanage Homes and 10% will be for administrative expenses.

Are the staffs of Vallalar Universal Mission Trust is getting paid?

We have staffs for administration side and general to kitchen levels. We feel it is neccessary to have these kind of staffs to bring quality and effectiveness and all other aspects.

Is Vallalar Universal Mission Trust a registered Orgnisation?

It is registered as non-profit organisation as per the law.

Do we get any Government help?

We are not getting any kind of help other than buying rice on less rate.
