Income, Community, Nativity Certificates can be got through Co-operative Department now.
Even though it is not related to Suddha Sanmargam, an information received from a co-operative Department Official reveals the following and the information is given below for the benefit of all.

    The Government authorised the co-operative Department Officials to issue Community / Nativity / Income Certificates and also 2 other certificates to the public on payment of Rs.50/- only.

     First of all, the applicant has to approach the Primary Agricultural co-operative Bank in whose jurisdiction he/she lives and submit his/her written request either to issue / community / nativity / income etc., certificates.

     Already, scanner is available with each and every P.A.C.Bs. functioning in all the areas.

     The PACB will scan the request and send it the concerned Village Admn.Officer for verification and report. After verifying the correctness of the request, the V.A.O will send his recommendation to the concerned Revenue Inspector. (Nowadays, V.A.Os. have been supplied with Laptop with net facility).

     On receipt of the report from the V.A.O, the Rev.Inspector of the concerned Firka has to recommend it to the concerned Zonal Deputy Tahsildar who is working in the Taluk Office. 

     After verifying the correctness of the request and reports from the lower level Officers (i.e. V.A.O and R.I), the Zonal Dy. Tahsildar has to send the certificate to the concerned P.A.C.B.duly signed.

     In turn the P.A.C.B. is delivering this certificate to the concerned applicant. It is said that for these works, the total time limit allowed by the Govt. is 3 only days.

     Without waiting for any inordinate delay or spending..more amount...this scheme works out well in Kanyakumari District and also in all the other Districts.
