3. Translations

====================================================================================================================================
Dear all,
I read several English writings about Ramalinga and think that he is a great Soul and Master the world must know! I would like to do something to make him better known. But unfortunately, as far as I can see, his writings were only partially translated and/or are only second hand interpretations. This is a decisive handicap for anyone living out of India. I'm afraid that any project that envisages to spread his teachings worldwide is doomed to failure unless someone will translate and order ALL what he wrote in English. I encourage Tamil people of good will to do this work for Him and the world.
In His Light, Mark (Italy).

Kindly see the feedback wrote by Mr.Mark of Italy,
He requests the Thiru Arutpa Songs and the other works done by
Thiru Arutprakasa Vallal Peruman to be translated into English
so as to make the other people (living out of India) know about
Suddha Sanmargam.and Vallal Peruman's preaching about
Universal Brotherhood.
Will anyone come forward to do this work ? Please .. .. .. .. .. ..
Urainadai English Translation is doing by Thanjavur Arutperumjothi Trust.
Arutperumjothi Trust has assigned this work to Poondi Pushpam College English Professor.Mrs.Shanthi Ph.d.
They already started this translation of "Urainadai" Section now.
we hope they will update one by one .
Anbudan,
Karthikeyan
that the translation of Thiruarutpa Urainadai is going on is certainly welcome news. However, what is really felt missing are the six Thirumurai in English (and written on paper or electronic, not only audio). It is so painful to love so much Vallalar and yet not being able to read his marvelous works! True, there are the English renderings, and other very interesting works by disciples of good will. But immagine being Hindu and not having a chance to read the Bhagavadgita, or a Christian without a Bible, or a Muslim incapable to read the Koran, etc., having only the opportunity to read partial, incomplete and second hand renderings of others. As well done and great these might be they still are not the original WORDS of Vallalar. I think you agree that His unique message is not only for Tamil people, but for the entire world. I'm afraid that we can build as many Sanmarga associations throughout the planet as we wish, but unless these translation will not be done it will remain
FOREVER an unknown message!
Therefore I ask the following...
Which are, if any, the projects to translate the Thiruarutpa and who is doing it?
What are, if any, the deadlines?
In His Light, Mark.
