your qustion is quite interesting one as it deals with space.
As far as my knowledge concerned this line means there are various galaxies which revolves in different forms such as spiral,elliptical,circular etc.Even scientists named some of the remote galaxies as Aliean galxies which revoles at the high speed around its centre and no no one can near them.So vallal peruman saw this by his third eye at the centre brow and he wrote "VANATHIL MAYAIL ADDA KANDAN".I hope you might be satisfied with this answer.

I remember that someone told like "Mayil" referrs to Video and "Kuyil" refers to Audio.
